By accessing or using WePass services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Important: WePass reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
Service Description
WePass provides a digital pass management and wallet solution enabling the creation and distribution of passes for Apple and Google Wallet. Our services include:
Digital Tickets
Event tickets and boarding passes
Loyalty Cards
Customer loyalty and membership cards
Gift Cards
Digital gift cards and vouchers
Coupons & Offers
Promotional coupons and special offers
Note: WePass does not distribute user content. Content creators bear full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of their passes.
Permitted Use Requirements
You agree to use WePass services lawfully and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Account Registration
To use WePass services, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Not create multiple accounts or share account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
Account Suspension: WePass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or incomplete information without prior notice.
Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:
Credential Confidentiality
Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others. Use strong, unique passwords.
Report Unauthorized Access
Immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or security breach.
Proper Logout
Ensure you properly log out of your account, especially when using shared or public devices.
Accountability: You bear full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
Content Liability
You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share using WePass, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring all content complies with applicable intellectual property rights
- Verifying accuracy of information displayed on passes
- Compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
- Obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party content used
WePass is not responsible for reviewing or verifying user-generated content and assumes no liability for content created by users.
Termination Rights
WePass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and remove content under the following circumstances:
Such actions may be taken without prior notification. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases, and we may delete your account and associated data.
Data Protection
WePass employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.
Disclaimer: While we implement robust security measures, WePass is not liable for data loss resulting from technical issues, system failures, or unauthorized access by third parties. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important data.
Subscription & Refunds
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund already processed payments.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. We offer free trials to allow evaluation before committing to a paid subscription.
Free Trial: Take advantage of our free trial period to fully evaluate our services before making a purchase decision.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- WePass provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of WePass services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
